Krav Maga & Fitness Training In Boston
Combat fitness (Cosher Kravi) is an important part of our training. You may not be fit now but if you wish to get in shape whilst learning how to defend yourself Krav Maga is hard to beat. Many of our students have gone through the process of losing on average 2 lbs a week after starting to train with us.
I am a qualified PT (Personal Trainer) and make sure that all classes have a structure, which promotes both safe training e.g. warm-ups, mobility/puls raising components, prep-stretches etc and ensures that a good workout is enjoyed. Most people don't even realize that they're working hard because they are concentrating so much on the technical aspects, which beats the monotony of the treadmill.
For those who want a very good workout I recommend our Tuesday 7-8pm class as this is where I do a lot of padwork and circuit training.
